The services provided by the property management department consist of three main roles

1.  Property management

• Real estate management through clear mechanism and system
• Follow up on tenants compliance and the implementation of lease terms
• Provide periodic reports to portfolio owner
• Market study of rental values and compare them with properties managed by Wafra to find the latest market prices
• Collection of rents through fixed and mobile subscribers at the beginning of each month
• Follow up with defaulters
• Contract with law firms to carry out the legal role of the portfolio
• Manage all the property services * guards, cleaning, electrical and safety, etc

2.    Consultant role

• Evaluating investment opportunities
• A study of the rental values in the portfolio
